Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local regulation, each Aircraft used is insured by the Operator.

Fly to Wine Srl shell be under no liability for any failure by it to perform it’s obligation under a charter agreement arising from force majeure. labor dispute or strikes of any kind, lock outs or any other cause beyond the control of the carrier including accidents or failure of the Aircraft or any other oart thereof of any machinery or apparatus.

All flights are operated at the discretion of the pilot in command. In case of bad weather (heavy rain or wind), bad visibility conditions, any case of force majeure out of our control, the flight will be rescheduled and amounts already paid will remain active on the account. In case the passenger will not be able to take part in the rescheduled flight, the amount will be totally reimbursed.


Routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations, or other operational or safety considerations.


Accurate individual passenger weights should be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide this may result in the passenger being unable to fly or further costs to the passenger to proceed with the planned flight. This is all based on safety and will never be compromised.

Please note that all passengers age 16 and over, and a parent or guardian of any passenger under the age of 16 must sign and consent to our Terms & Conditions prior boarding the helicopter.

Please advise the level of assistance required for any disabled passengers and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair so that we can accommodate their needs with ease. Pregnant passengers are welcome to fly at their own risk. We advise that passengers seek approval from their doctor.

The passenger acknowledges having read all the above terms and conditions and agrees to be bound thereby.


      In case of cancellation made by the passenger only by Email (booking@flytowine.com), the following penalties will apply:

      • Cancellation received from the Confirmation to 30 days before the service 30% of penalty
      • 29-15 days before the service 50% of penalty
      • 14-5 days before the flight 70% of penalty
      • Cancellation made less than 5 days before the flight 100% of penalty
      • No show 100% of penalty
      • Delay can be caused by the Air traffic controls to maximum 2 hours.
      • If the meteorology condition doesn’t permit a safe flight we will reschedule or reimburse the 100%
